Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Personal starts with 10 free minutes once per user. Business starts with 120 free minutes once per company, with every Business feature included. Neither free allowance refills monthly.
What if I need more Personal minutes?
Buy additional minutes at $0.35 per minute on any Personal plan, including Free. Choose any whole number of minutes from 10. Top-ups are a one-time purchase, do not expire and are used after your included minutes. Paid monthly allowances reset after renewal payment and do not roll over.
Can I change or cancel a Personal subscription?
Yes. Upgrades take effect after payment, with a prorated charge and proportional additional minutes for the rest of your billing period. Your renewal date stays the same. Downgrades and cancellation take effect on your next billing date. Purchased top-up minutes are retained.
What if we use fewer minutes than our monthly commitment?
Your commitment is a monthly minimum. You pay the full monthly plan price even if you use fewer minutes. There is no additional platform fee on monthly commitment plans.
What happens if we use more Business minutes than our plan?
Nothing stops. Extra minutes are billed at your plan’s per-minute rate, so you never lose a call and never pay a penalty. If you keep going over, a bigger plan lowers your rate.
Does time on hold count toward my minutes?
Yes. Minutes count the whole call, including time on hold. The difference is that your team isn’t the one waiting: iAllo holds while they work, and brings them in only when they’re needed.

What is the difference between Personal and Business?
Personal is for your own calls, with your own minutes, transcripts and summaries. Business adds a company workspace: invite teammates, set admin and member roles, share tasks and call history, and use one company pool of minutes. Personal starts with smaller monthly allowances; Business is priced for a shared team workflow and higher call volumes.
How much do Personal plans cost?
Free gives you 10 minutes once, with no monthly refill. Basic is $5 for 20 minutes a month, Plus is $20 for 85 minutes a month, and Max is $100 for 450 minutes a month. All prices are in USD. Every Personal plan includes the same Personal features.
How much do Business plans cost?
Pay as you go for a $99 monthly platform fee plus $0.55 a minute, or commit to monthly minutes: 1,000 for $450, 2,500 for $1,000, 5,000 for $1,650, or 10,000 for $2,500. Monthly commitment plans have no platform fee. Extra minutes cost the same plan rate. Every Business plan includes all Business features. All prices are in USD and billed monthly.
What is a token?
1 token equals 1 minute of call time, including time on hold. The app shows your usage in tokens; the prices here are shown per minute.
Are minutes per person or per company?
Personal minutes belong to your Personal account. Business minutes are shared by everyone in the company. Personal and Business subscriptions, balances and billing histories stay separate, even when the same person uses both.
Which features are on which plan?
Every Personal plan has the same Personal features; every Business plan has the same Business features. Within each account type, choose a plan by call volume and price. Business adds the team workspace, roles, shared tasks, shared call records and company minute pool.
